This is without doubt the most professional work shop I have ever been to. The attitude, professionalism and friendliness of the office staff was of the highest level. The level of knowledge and professionalism displayed by the owner/Manager of Dean's Autos was greater than I have experienced elsewhere over many years. The workshop has to be seen to be believed with it's grey painted floors and walls and spotlessly clean work areas and staff gave me a great deal of confidence in the outcome of the work to be carried out on my vehicle. Enquiried about my vehicle on a Monday afternoon and Deans slotted me in the next morning. Explained the issues I was having and quickly determined the fault. My Hyundai dealership diagnosed a humming noise in my Hyundai Accent as being a ball-bearing noise in the transmission. Said the transmission needed replacing in order to fix this. My car had only done 37,000 kms, is 6 years old and has had regular on-time servicing with the one dealership. I was astounded to find the cost of a replacement transmission including labour was $9,950.00 I decided to phone my insurer who stated that a transmission should last well over 100,000km. When I asked for another opinion, they referred me to "Dean's Automatic Transmission's" Well -- I couldn't be happier! The mechanic diagnosed the problem during a test drive - and it WAS ball bearings but in the front wheels. Nothing to do with the transmission. He replaced those that very day and now I have a car with no humming noise and a purse that is only $570 lighter -- nothing like the $9.950 that it would have cost at the Hyundai dealership to replace the transmission -- which wouldn't even have fixed the problem!! I am extremely grateful to Dean's Automatics and would certainly recommend this business.

Highly recommend these guys. Very professional, they explained what was wrong, checked and double checked. If you have transmission issues, use these guys cause my gearbox is running perfectly now. Top job!
